Right now, with what I've found on the market, I almost think the best bet would to get a herringbone pattern linen shirt and then just have a tailor add epaulettes if you really want them. Magnoli's is really close, but it is MTM, so it may take some time.
The closest I could find with the epaulettes would be a pilot shirt, but they all have the chest pockets (and they're usually polyester).
